The two charts above illustrate how much your 4 level income will be when you have a small 2x4 matrix filled with members purchasing first $80 of product each month and then $120 each month.

Everyone will purchase or generate sales volume of at least $40 worth of product each month to qualify to receive 4 levels of income. That is the only requirement - $40 of personal volume. There are no requirements to sponsor anyone in order to receive 4 levels of income.   Anyone who joins with $40 of volume, will be very motivated to upgrade to $80 of volume as you will see in the paragraph below.

Matching Bonus on 4th Level Members
Even though you don't have to personally sponsor new members into our company to earn overrides in your 2x4 matrix, everyone in our system is exceedingly motivated to sponsor two people, and that's what builds a 2x4 matrix. Why are they motivated? Anyone who has $80 of personal volume and has sponsored two people in our system, is qualified for a matching bonus on whatever the people on their compressed 4th level earn in their 4 level matrices. Anyone who is purchasing $40 of product and sponsors two people into our system, will be motivated to upgrade to an $80 purchase in order to qualify for a matching bonus on whatever the people on their compressed 4th level earn in their 4 level matrices. A member must have $80 of personal volume and two personally sponsored active members that made a purchase this month in order to receive a matching bonus on all their 4th level members.

The matching bonus is the most lucrative feature of our compensation plan and it doesn't matter whether there is one person on your 4th level or 16 people (or more due to the compression). They do not have to be personally sponsored by you. Whatever anyone on your compressed 4th level earns in their 4 level matrix, you receive a 100% match. If they earn $10, you receive $10. If they earn $343, you receive $343.

This is powerful!

To illustrate the power of this matching bonus, imagine that you have a filled 2x4 matrix below you and that everyone in the 4 level matrix has a personal volume of $80 . This is not difficult to imagine as it is a small narrow matrix and everyone is motivated to sponsor at least 2 people and generate $80 of volume. When the 16 people on your 4th level have built their 2x4 matrices, they are each earning anywhere from $114.80 to $343.20 per month. If their average 4 level income is $300 per month, then your matching bonus from them is calculated by multiplying 16 times $300. That equals $4,800 in matching bonus income! Add to that the income you are earning from your own filled 2x4, and your residual income is over $5000 a month! That's significant, self-employment income.

Mounting Motivation

If the motivation at the outset of knowing that you qualify for a matching bonus by sponsoring 2 people is not enough, the company continues to motivate the people in your downline that have not sponsored 2 people in a way that is completely irresistible.

Here's an illustration. Let's say you sponsored me, Boel, into your 2x4 matrix and I have not sponsored anyone. Let's also say that I have had spillover of one person on my 1st level that has resulted in about 7 people on my compressed 4th level. It's reasonable to expect that those 7 people have achieved an income from their 4 level matrices of about $40 to $45 on average. On the first week of a given month the company will send an email to me. It will say, "Boel, your 4th level earned $300 last month. You could have received that money in the form of a matching bonus if you had sponsored 2 people." The next month, those matrices will have grown a little more and another email will be sent to me telling me that my matching bonus could have been $480 if I had sponsored 2 people. The month after that, it may be as much as $800. If I fail to qualify in any given month, the communication process will continue the first week of each month. Next month, however, it will be at a larger amount than the previous. You see, I may now have 9 or 10 people on my 4th level and the matrices of the 7 who were there last month will have grown even more. Next month's email may read, "Boel, your 4th level earned $900 last month. You could have received that money in a matching bonus if you had sponsored 2 people." The next month it may be $1000, then $1300, and then $1800.

Can you see that at some point, I simply won't be able to resist. Whether it is at $1000, $2000, or $4,800, I will have to do something to sponsor 2 people and generate $80 of personal volume. The company will have converted me into an active member for you simply by reminding me of the money I'm leaving on the table by not accomplishing the small, do-able task of sponsoring 2 people.

This is very real motivation. The company will let your downline know about the money they are leaving on the table. Money that is already there from transactions that have already occurred. This monthly communication will assist in the duplication of your efforts and will help build your downline.

Empowerment

In Whole Wellness Club no one is left to fend for themselves to sponsor 2 or more people. We have many live conference calls that you can invite prospective members to. These calls make recruiting new members as easy as inviting them to live calls. We do the rest. We have systems in place to enable people to accomplish this small task that qualifies them for the matching bonus. All they have to do is plug into one of these systems. For example, our "Pass it On Packaging™" concept involves sending you product packaged in such a way, that it is very convenient to share it with a prospective member. We include a free brochure with it. Marketing doesn't get any easier than sharing a product sample with someone --- especially when the product is so effective. The company supplies us with marketing systems that enable us to accomplish the small task of sponsoring 2 or more people. All of this is like overkill to help us sponsor 2 or more people.

As a result, there is tremendous duplication that results in a very realistic expectation that everyone can and will build a 2 wide by 4 level deep matrix of 30 people. This is something that anyone can envision themselves doing. When the 16 people on your 4th level have completed building their 2x4 matrices, you will have an income of over $5000 a month. It's simple and achievable for anyone.

The Real World

Compression
We have given you a description of the very realistic potential to earn an income of up to $5000 (or more) per month with Whole Wellness Club in a perfect world. We all know that the world is not always perfect so here is where Whole Wellness Club makes that FACT a benefit for it's members. It's called Full Compression, meaning that if a member doesn't have qualifying volume of at least $40 in any given month, their position is inherited by their children that month (Their children are the positions on their 1st level). This means that if you have two on your first level and they have two each on their first level (your second level), and one of the positions on your first level didn't have the mininum $40 of volume for the closing month then the two positions under them would move to your first level. You would now have 3 positions on your first level in the pay matrix. That's a 50% increase!

There can be a very real life expectation that not everyone will stay active every month for one reason or another, so with Full Compression it works to the benefit of our members. As a result, Boel is building a 2 wide by 4 level deep matrix of 30 people and with Full Compression, there can be more on each level depending on active members in Boel's organization. Do you think Boel minds if there is more than 16 people on the 4th level? Would you if you were making 17% on that volume and a match on their compressed 4 level incomes? Of course NOT! We have members who receive a matching bonus on the 4 level compressed income of over 40 people on their compressed 4th level. Their genealogical display shows only 16 people on their 4th level, but, after compression, their are over 40.

This compression happens at the end of every month and it is not permanent. It is just for that month's commission statement. It allows you to help make your goals REAL and create the perfect world, yet getting the benefits of being active as your matrix grows deeper and deeper. This has made the income of some members much higher that $5000 a month. As you think this through, this is the best type of compression for our members as this compensation plan truly is designed by distributors for distributors. But we don't stop here.

Self-Healing Matrix
The Whole Wellness Club is the first and only company in the world to have a self-healing matrix. What do we mean by self-healing matrix? It means that if people in your matrix become inactive as distributors, you and your team have the ability to replace them with active distributors.

When you login to your back office, you will have the option to turn "ON" the self-healing matrix feature. When it is "ON", then when you sign someone up, instead of being placed in the first available unused spot in your matrix, they will be placed in the first available position that is presently occupied by an inactive member. The new member will replace the inactive member in your matrix.

An inactive member is someone who has not generated $40 of qualifying volume in at least one calendar month during the most recent 92 days. Every night our programming searches for such members. If a member is inactive, then their status is changed from that of a Distributor to that of a Preferred Customer. If a member's status is changed from that of a Distributor to that of a Preferred Customer, then anyone that they personally sponsored is assigned to the first active upline as their sponsor. No member ever has a sponsor that is inactive, All members have an active upline sponsor they can call on for support. If the inactive member wishes to become active again, they can click on a link in their Preferred Customer back office that says "Become a Distributor". With the cooperation of their active upline, the members that they personally sponsored can be restored to them.

More Compensations and Incentives

Matching Bonus on all Personally Sponsored Members

To qualify for a match of the compressed 4 level income of all your personally sponsored members, you simply generate personal volume of $120 in any given month. This can be accomplished by making a purchase and/or generating retail and preferred customer sales.

If one of your personally sponsored members lands on your 4th level, you will receive two matches on their 4 level income if you are qualified for both of them --- one because they are on your 4th level and the other because they are personally sponsored by you.

Expandability of the Matrices

When your matrix is filled 6 levels deep with at least 2 people on everyone's first level, then your matrix converts to a 3 wide by 8 level deep matrix. Your old 2 wide matrix is now nested within and a part of your new 3 wide matrix. With a 3 wide matrix you can now have 3 people on your first level, 9 on your 2nd level, 27 on your 3rd, and 81 on your 4th for a total of 120 members. If you fill a 3 wide matrix 4 levels deep with 120 members who each have $120 of personal volume, your income from those first 4 levels will be $1699.

The 81 people on your 4th level will be motivated, just as you and I were at the outset, to sponsor 2 people in order to qualify for the matching bonus. The company will continue to add mounting motivation to each of those who have not sponsored 2 by reminding them of the matching bonus they are leaving on the table by not qualifying for it. Anyone with motivation and effort can sponsor 2 or more people and, therefore, every one of the 81 people can build a 2x4 matrix. They can each earn $343 from their 4 level matrices.

If you multiply 81 people times $343 and add to that the $1699 you will be earning from your own 4 level matrix, your income will be over $29,482 a month on 2,550 people. That's over $10 payout on average per member in your downline! This is an astounding payout. The average network marketing company involved in nutrition pays out about $2 or $3 per member in the the downline. Can you see that Whole Wellness Club is seriously dedicated to your financial success?

Your matrix will also expand to a 4 wide by 8 levels deep matrix when you have filled your matrix 3 members wide by 6 levels deep. That allows you to have 4 people on your first level, 16 on your 2nd level, 64 on your 3rd, and 256 on your 4th for a total of 340 members. If you fill a 4x4, your minimum income from your 4 level matrix will be $5323 when everyone in the matrix purchases $120 of product each month.

Remember that some of the people on your 4th level will be expanding their matrices. Your matching bonus income will go up with their expansion because they will be earning more and more in their 4 level matrices as they expand.

Expansion to a true 3x8 and then a true 4x8
The Whole Wellness Club is the only company in the world that has expandable matrix software that expands to a true 3x8 and then a true 4x8. All other companies simply add a 3rd or 4th leg that is just another 2x8. This means that when your expand to a 3x8, you are able to have 9 people on your 2nd level by placing 3 people under each of the 3 people on your first level. All other companies only enable you to place 6 people on your 2nd level by placing only 2 people under each of the 3 people on your first level. This is a very significant difference that enables you to be in control of earning a lot more money.

Preferred Customer Program

When you share Whole Wellness Products with someone, they may have tried the products as a Retail Customer. If they like the results they are getting, they will want to purchase more products. You can offer them a wholesale price.   All they have to do is join the club -- membership is free. When they join, they can join as a distributor or as a Preferred Customer. We offer the preferred customer option for those members who do not want to have a Whole Wellness Club business. They just want to purchase the products.

You will receive a 20% commission on the commissionable volume of their purchases at the end of the month and we will add 2/3rds (66.667%) of that volume to your personal volume at the beginning of the following month so that your upline can get paid on it. Personally sponsored distributors in your matrix who have personal commissionable volume greater than zero and less than $40 in any given month will be compressed out of the matrix that month and treated like preferred customers.

Preferred Customers will never go into the matrix. These are people who simply want to buy the products at wholesale. They have consciously decided that they don't want to refer others to our products and build a business in the Whole Wellness Club at this time. At any time, they can choose to change their status to that of a Distributor. When they do that, upon generating $40 of personal commissionable volume, they will be inserted into your matrix.

This accomplishes a number of benefits to your business.
1) The people who populate your matrix will tend to be more likely to sponsor people and duplicate your effort.
2) You will get a direct commission of 20% on preferred customers.
3) Your personal commissionable volume which is part of what qualifies you for commissions will have 2/3rds of the Preferred Customer volume added to it when you begin the month following the transaction.

Example: If, over the course of time, you find 10 Preferred Customers who have purchases that generate an average of $30 in commissionable volume every month, that would be a total of 10 x $30 or $300 in total volume. You would receive a $60 direct commission and you would have $200 of volume (2/3rds of $300) added to your personal volume total at the beginning of the following month. You only need $120 of volume to qualify for all compensations in our matrix. Imagine having a lot of distributors in your downline whose volumes exceed $120.

In fact, if everyone in your matrix had five Preferred Customers who spent $80 every month for PEAK Enzymes "With" and Without", that would be a $60 commissionable volume for each of the 5 preferred customers. The total commissionable volume for each distributor would be $300 ( 5 x $60 ). Each member would receive a $60 direct commission ( 20% of $300) and two-thirds of that volume ($200) would be commissionable to the upline in the matrix the following month. Once again, imagine having a downline filled with people who each averaged a commissionable volume greater than $200.

We are a product driven company and we encourage all of our members to acquire customers. Teaching the members of your team to acquire customers will greatly increase the average commissionable volume per distributor in your matrix. That will greatly increase your commissions.

Value Package Commission System

With the Preferred Customer program, we have accomodated members who do not wish to build a business in the Whole Wellness Club. With the Value Package (VP) Commission system, we are providing a way for those who are very serious about building a business in the Whole Wellness Club to do it agressively and make a lot of money while they are doing it. Using network marketing vernacular, it is a Uni-level* that is overlayed on your matrix. It enables members to earn a lot of money in the first 4 generations VP Commission qualified members in their sponsorship lineage. It also enables all members to purchase the products they want at a packaged savings.
* Uni-level: Traditionally in network marketing this term means that everyone you personally sponsor is on your 1st level. Everyone they sponsor is on your 2nd level, etc This relates to your sponsorship lineage and has nothing to do with the levels in your matrix.

Participation in the VP Commission System is optional.
To qualify to be eligible for VP Commissions you must meet two requirements.

The coded infinity bonus was designed for members who want to become professional network marketers.

There are three coded infinity bonuses. To qualify for the first one you must achieve the rank of Supervisor.

Supervisor: You are a Supervisor when you have 30 people in the first 4 levels of your matrix AND you have 3 personally sponsored active distributors.
This usually means that your initial two wide matrix is built 4 levels deep. Active is defined as follows: An active member is someone who has generated at least $40 of personal commissionable matrix volume during one of the most recent two calendar months (the current month OR the previous month).

The Beginning of Your Supervisor Organization: When you sign someone up after you become a Supervisor, you pass on your code as their Supervisor in their member's record. They in turn will pass on your Supervisor code to the members they sign up until they begin their own Supervisor organization. The passing on of your Supervisor code will happen infinitely deep! You will earn 2% on all this commissionable volume infinitely deep.

If, at the time you sign someone up, you no longer have 3 personally sponsored active distributors, you will not pass your Supervisor code on to that person. You must maintain at least 3 personally sponsored active distributors to maintain your Supervisor status to pass your code to others and to receive your Supervisor organization coded infinity bonus. Anyone who received your Supervisor code will always have your Supervisor code.

Manager: You are a Manager when you have 126 people in the first 6 levels of your matrix AND you have 3 personally sponsored active Supervisors.
This usually means that your initial two wide matrix is built 6 levels deep and has expanded to building a three wide matrix.

The Beginning of Your Manager Organization: When you sign someone up after you become a Manager, you pass on your code as their Manager in their member's record. They in turn will pass on your Manager code to the members they sign up until they begin their own Manager organization. The passing on of your Manager code will happen infinitely deep! You will earn an additional 1% on all this commissionable volume infinitely deep. Within your Manager coded organization you will earn from 1% to 3% on everyone infinitely deep!

If, at the time you sign someone up, you no longer have 3 personally sponsored active Supervisors, you will not pass your Manager code on to that person. You must maintain at least 3 personally sponsored active Supervisors to maintain your Manager status to pass your code to others and to receive your Manager organization coded infinity bonus. Anyone who received your Manager code will always have your Manager code.

President: You are a President when you have 1092 people in the first 6 levels of your matrix AND you have 3 personally sponsored active Managers.
This usually means that your initial three wide matrix is built 6 levels deep and has expanded to building a four wide matrix.

The Beginning of Your Presidential Organization: When you sign someone up after you become a President, you pass on your code as their President in their member's record. They in turn will pass on your Presidential code to the members they sign up until they begin their own Presidential organization. The passing on of your President code will happen infinitely deep! You will earn an addidtional 1% on all this commissionable volume infinitely deep. Within your Presidential coded organization you will earn from 1% to 4% on everyone infinitely deep!

If, at the time you sign someone up, you no longer have 3 personally sponsored active Managers, you will not pass your Presidential code on to that person. You must maintain at least 3 personally sponsored active Managers to maintain your Presidential status to pass your code to others and to receive your Presidential organization coded infinity bonus. Anyone who received your Presidential code will always have your Presidential code.

Think about it! When you achieve the rank of President, you will be very motivated to continue building your business.
As President when you sign someone up, you will be passing on your Supervisor, Manager, and Presidential codes to that new member.
You will be earning 4% infinitely deep in coded infinity!
In addition to your coded infinity, you will also earn 2% in traditional infinty bonus.

Traditional Infinity Bonus
In addition to the Coded Infinity Bonus you are also able earn an infinity override on all the commissionable volume of your Uni-Level* (sponsorship lineage) downline infinitely deep up to a member of equal rank. This infinity is on the commissionable volume of the entire organization you have built since you began your efforts as a distributor.
* Uni-level: Traditionally in network marketing this term means that everyone you personally sponsor is on your 1st level. Everyone they sponsor is on your 2nd level, etc. This relates to your sponsorship lineage and has nothing to do with the levels in your matrix.

Manager Traditional Infinity: When you achieve the rank of Manager, in addition to having the opportunity to begin your Manager Coded organization, you will also earn an additional 1% on all volume of your entire Uni-Level organization infinitely deep up to the next Manager in your organization. This includes that portion of your organization you built prior to becoming a Supervisor.

Presidential Traditional Infinity: When you achieve the rank of President, in addition to having the opportunity to begin your Presidential Coded organization, you will also earn an additional 1% on all volume of your entire Uni-Level organization infinitely deep up to the next President in your organization. This includes that portion of your organization you built prior to becoming a Supervisor.

Global Presidential Pool
If you have two first generation Presidents in your organization, you have achieved the rank of Global President.

As a Global President you will receive one share in a pool comprised of 1% of the entire company's commissionable volume each month.

A first generation President is not necessarily on your first level, but it is the first President down any given leg of your uni-level organization.

For each additional first generation President in your organization, you will receive an additional share in the global pool.

This will give our members motivation to help others achieve the rank of President without concern about blocking them from receiving the Traditional Infinity down that leg. The Global President will be compensated from the entire company's volume which includes sales from outside of their organization.

Perpetual Leverage
This is the way Whole Wellness Club compensates you for the sale of non-consumable, durable goods products.
It is a powerful 4 level pay plan that reaches infinitely deep!
The Whole Wellness Club member who personally sells a lot of durable goods will be rewarded the most.
An example of a durable good is an Avazzia BEST™ device --- a product that is not consumable.
The sponsorship lineage 3 levels above that productive member will also be rewarded greatly.

To qualify for Perpetual Leverage commissions you must be an ACTIVE member.
Active is defined as follows:
An active member is someone who has generated at least $40 of personal commissionable matrix volume during one of the most recent two calendar months (the current month OR the previous month).

This is the only requirement. You are not required to purchase a durable good.

Here's how Perpetual Leverage works:
Perpetual Leverage is a uni-level in which everyone you sign up is on your first level. These individuals will go into your 2 x 8 expandable matrix as well, but that is separate from Perpetual Leverage. It is based on your uni-level sponsorship lineage.

Each durable good product will have five equal shares of commissions attached to it. For example, the Avazzia Blue device has five $40 shares of commissions.

Share number 1 is always paid to the direct sponsor or member who sold the product.

Perpetual Leverage is an algorithm that determines who will receive share number 2. Once the commission software determines who receives share number 2, then share numbers 3, 4, and 5 are paid to that person's immediate upline three levels up. This is your sponsorship lineage upline, not your matrix upline.

Determining who receives share number 2 is based on who was the first downline member in your sponsorship lineage to open up a given level with a matrix qualifying purchase of at least $40 CV. A downline member who is the first person to make a matrix qualifying purchase ($40 CV or more) on a given level is called a QUALIFIER for you to begin to earn Perpetual Leverage share number 2 commissions from that level.

The Perpetual Leverage downline structure may be built with both consumable, matrix commissionable products and / or durable goods products. Perpetual Leverage is not based on your matrix structure, it is a uni-level.

After the commission software pays share number 1 to the sponsor, it looks at the sponsor to determine if the person who purchased the durable good was the first person to make a matrix qualifying purchase of $40 CV or more on their first level in the uni-level.

If they are not the first person to make a matrix qualifying purchase on their first level, then commission share number 2 is paid to the sponsor AND share numbers 3, 4, and 5 are paid to the sponsor's immediate upline three levels up.

If they are the first person to make a matrix qualifying purchase on their first level in the uni-level, then the commission software looks upline one level to the sponsor's sponsor to see if the person who purchased the durable good was the first person to make a matrix qualifying purchase of $40 CV or more on their 2nd level in the uni-level.

If they are the first person to make such a purchase, then they are the QUALIFIER for that upline member to become eligible to receive a future Perpetual Leverage share number 2 commissions from that level. That upline sponsor will not receive the share number 2 commission from the QUALIFIER's purchase.

The commission software will then look upline one more level to see if the next upline sponsor is qualified to receive share number 2 for the purchase.   The software keeps searching upline in this manner until it finds an upline sponsor who has already had a QUALIFIER for that level. When it finds an upline sponsor that is qualified to receive Perpetual Leverage commission share number 2, it pays them AND share numbers 3, 4, and 5 to their immediate upline three levels up.

This could happen infinite levels deep. If you have one strong leg that qualifies you many levels deep, then you will get paid deep from all other legs as they reach deeper into the uni-level.

Think about it! If you or someone in your first 3 levels, signs up a lot of people so that they are very wide in the uni-level, not only will you receive many, many matches of their personal share number 2, but you will receive many matches (share numbers 3, 4, or 5) from infinite depth due to the activity of just one person within your first three levels.
You will be greatly rewarded if you or anyone in your first three levels really goes to work!

Medical Practitioner and Reseller Accounts
If a member is a licensed medical practitioner or an experienced reseller of inventoried product, they may, at the sole discretion of Whole Wellness Club admnistrators, be permitted to have a Medical Practitioner or Reseller Account.

Such permission will be granted on a case-by-case basis and will require assorted information on diplomas from accredited schools, government issued licenses and reseller's permits.

At the present time, this account will enable the member to purchase Avazzia Biofeedback Electro Stimulation devices at a volume discount with the contractual agreement that such devices will only be resold for no less than our posted member wholesale prices. All devices that require a prescription will only be re-sold to customers who have a prescription.

Commissions
The sponsor of a member who has a Medical Practitioner and Reseller Account will receive a 10% commission on their purchases.

In addition, 10% of such purchases will be assigned to the Medical Practioner's or Reseller's Whole Wellness Club account, whether they are a Preferred Customer or Distributor, as commissionable matrix volume that will be paid to the upline.

Income Disclaimer

A member is not guaranteed a specific income. Financial success as a member can come only from sale of company products to the end consumer, building her/his own sales organization and training that organization to sell, sponsor, and train. Members understand that financial reward is based on ability, personal effort, and initiative.
